Get back in tune.

at·tune | \ ə-ˈtün, 'tyün \

1: to bring into harmony

2: to make aware

We do not grow absolutely, chronologically. We grow sometimes in one dimension, and not in another, unevenly. We grow partially. We are relative. The past, present, and future mingle and pull us backward, forward, or fix us in the present.

Founder + Medical Director

Dr. Nargus Harounzadeh, DNP, is a board-certified, Penn-educated, Columbia-instructed, and NYU/Bellevue-trained psychiatric nurse practitioner and certified yoga therapist.

She founded Attune Therapy after recognizing the need for a mental wellness space that delivered whole-person care using both modern medicine and complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) approaches. Instead of traveling from office to office for different needs, Dr. Harounzadeh wanted to create a space that covered many of these needs in-house.

Evidence-based care. Whole-person approach. That's Attune's philosophy.

Dr. Nargus Harounzadeh, DNP
